Mobility Project: Part 1 - A Quality of Good Training

There is a general misunderstanding and a lot of myths about mobility and stretching:

  • how you change mobility
  • what tools to apply and when
  • how it fits into the larger whole or ecosystem of each person
  • and why someone might feel tight or develop a mobility limitation

So we are putting a video series out to start discussing this and re-framing the conversation about mobility and stretching. We have a series of videos coming out which starts to lay a foundation for understanding how mobility and stretching fit into the larger context of movement and training.
